Ofrecemos programas integrales de capacitación y oportunidades de crecimiento, guiando a los empleados a través de una progresión profesional estructurada desde aprendiz hasta supervisor. Únase a nosotros para dominar el arte del techado en las montañas de Sierra Nevada y forme parte del equipo "Lo mejor de lo mejor" de la industria.
Los techadores son responsables de instalar, reparar y mantener los techos de los edificios residenciales de alta montaña. Trabajan con diversos materiales, como asfalto, metal, tejas y tejas, para garantizar que los techos sean resistentes a la intemperie y estructuralmente sólidos. Los techadores informarán a sus líderes y superintendentes.
Responsabilidades:
