Position Title: Roofing Apprentice / Skilled Laborer

Location: Truckee, CA (Commute from Reno/Sparks in OUR Truck)

Pay: $25.00 โ€“ $27.00/hr + Weekly Pay + Overtime

Schedule: Full-Time, Mondayโ€“Friday

Eckard Roofing is hiring a Skilled Laborer / Apprentice to join our team in Truckee. We are looking for someone with 2+ years of general construction experience who is tired of dead-end jobs and wants to become a professional Roofer.

 If you are reliable, comfortable with heights, and ready to work hard, we will teach you the rest.

  • The Hustle: Load and unload materials. This is a physical jobโ€”you need to be ready to work.
What We Need From You:
  • 2+ Years Construction Experience: You know how to use a tape measure, swing a hammer, and work on a construction site safely.
  • No Fear of Heights: You must be comfortable working on roofs and climbing ladders.
  • Reliability: You show up on time, every day.
  • Driverโ€™s License: Valid license required.
