Position Summary:
We are seeking a Service Technician Foreman to lead service crews and oversee roofing service operations. This role combines hands-on service work with leadership responsibilities, ensuring high-quality repairs and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise service technicians on daily service calls
  • Diagnose complex roofing issues and perform repairs
  • Coordinate schedules, materials, and service priorities
  • Ensure safety and quality standards are consistently met
  • Communicate with customers, project managers, and office staff
  • Train and mentor service team members
  • Maintain accurate service records and reports

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of commercial roofing/service experience with leadership experience preferred
