We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Service Roofers to assist with roof maintenance and repair tasks on commercial and industrial properties. This position involves working closely with experienced roofers to ensure timely, safe, and high-quality service. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working at heights, have a strong work ethic, and be eager to learn the roofing trade.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work oninstallation, repair, and maintenance of roofing systems (e.g., shingle, tile, metal, flat roofs).
  • Carry, load, and unload materials, tools, and equipment on job sites.
  • Set up ladders, scaffolding, and safety gear according to company safety protocols.
  • Perform basic demolition or removal of old roofing materials.
  • Clean up and organize job sites before, during, and after projects.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
  • Support in sealing leaks, patching roofs, and applying roofing materials under supervision.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and report issues to the service lead or foreman.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.

Requirements

  • Previous construction or roofing experience is a required.
