Job Summary/Purpose
This position serves the Entergy MS Reliability team by overseeing reliability plan, including program execution, financial tracking and reporting. The role also supports executive communications and presentations to provide updates on reliability plan performance. Contract administration and budget estimation responsibilities for large capital projects.
Job Duties/Responsibilities
  1. Oversees EML reliability plan execution. Tracks execution progress across various reliability programs and reports on financial performance.
  2. Responsible for managing the project Implementation and project plan development; serves to navigate projects through their initiation phase by assembling all pertinent information needed to evaluate service alternatives and develop selected project preliminary scope of work. Supports quarterly workplan development to ensure it aligns with reliability plan and network or region capacity.
  3. Manages specific reliability program execution. Tracks specific projects within program to ensure timely execution and tracks project spend.
  4. Provide contract management, administration, and invoice processing to support the reliability team.
  5. Serves as point of contact for reliability plan execution. Develops executive communications and presentations to update on execution progress and effectiveness.
  6. Provides ancillary support to Reliability team for items such as regulatory filings and inquiries, FP monitoring, representation of reliability team in meetings, and delivery of reliability and other metrics.

Minimum Requirements
Minimum education required of the position
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience. MBA preferred.
Minimum experience required of the position
3-5 years experience in Operations Management or Project Management. 5 years of commercial contracts experience in the energy/utility industry, strongly preferred. 5 years of experience in design engineering, system planning, field Operations or construction.
Minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities required of the position
Strong interpersonal, leadership and analytical skills. Experienced in project management roles. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Detailed oriented and possess excellent organizational skills. In depth understanding of utility regulation and RFPs.
