Lee Roofing is looking for a highly organized, motivated Project Manager to oversee residential roofing projects from material delivery through final completion. If you enjoy being in the field, solving problems, working with customers, and ensuring projects are completed with excellence, we'd love to meet you.
This is a hands-on leadership position that plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while keeping projects on schedule and on budget.

Responsibilities
As a Project Manager, you will:
  •  Oversee roofing projects from start to finish 
  •  Ensure crews have all materials and information needed before installation 
  •  Inspect material deliveries for accuracy and quality 
  •  Arrive on job sites early to ensure projects are properly set up 
  •  Verify property protection systems are installed before work begins 
  •  Monitor installation quality throughout the project 
  •  Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners 
  •  Communicate project schedules and updates with customers 
  •  Resolve customer concerns professionally 
  •  Perform final quality inspections 
  •  Ensure every job site is thoroughly cleaned after completion 
  •  Document each project with before, during, and after photos 
  •  Upload documentation into JobNimbus 
  •  Track materials, invoices, and job costs 
  •  Coordinate with sales, subcontractors, and office staff 
  •  Assist with material deliveries and other production needs 
  •  Help maintain an organized office and warehouse when projects are not underway

Schedule
  •  Monday–Friday 
  •  Installation days begin early on-site 
  •  Office reporting on non-installation days 
  •  Occasional additional hours during busy production periods 
Bonus Opportunity
Earn an additional $500 per month by consistently completing project documentation requirements, including:
  •  Complete photo documentation 
  •  Signed Certificates of Completion 
  •  Accurate and timely paperwork submission
