At Allstate Exteriors, we're looking for a motivated and experienced Roofing Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads with confidence, and takes pride in delivering top-tier results.

This role is all about bringing projects to life - from the start to the final homeowner walkthrough. You'll oversee roofing and exterior projects from start to finish, making sure every job is completed safely, efficiently, on budget, and at a five-star level of customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

You'll take projects from "booked" to "completed" while keeping communication, quality, and customer experience at the center of everything.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage roofing and exterior projects through completion
  • Coordinate with crews before job start to review project scope and expectations
  • Verify materials, deliveries, and proper job site setup
  • Ensure dumpsters, yard signs, and safety protections are in place
  • Oversee job site safety, including:
    • AC protection
    • Landscaping protection
    • Gutter ladder protection
    • Proper equipment use, including Catch-All roofing systems
  • Conduct on-site meetings with crews to review scope and safety procedures
  • Manage change orders, including signatures, documentation uploads, and department communication
  • Track and document returned extra materials
  • Maintain quality control throughout the entire build process
  • Meet with homeowners before projects begin
  • Conduct final walkthroughs and collect signed completion forms
  • Collect payments when applicable

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of construction, roofing, or exterior project management experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and crew coordination skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and project management software
  • Valid driver's license
  • Bilingual Spanish speaking is a plus
