What does a roofing project manager do?

A Roofing Project Manager oversees all aspects of roofing projects, from initial planning and budgeting to execution and completion. They coordinate with clients, suppliers, and roofing crews to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Their responsibilities include scheduling, safety management, inspecting work progress, and resolving any issues that arise.
