We're looking for a Sales Professional / Project Manager to lead projects from pre-construction through closeout-delivering top-quality roofing and siding solutions on remodels and new construction.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and manage relationships with general contractors, property managers, and developers
- Review project plans, specifications, and scopes to accurately define work requirements
- Perform detailed material and labor takeoffs and prepare accurate bids and proposals
- Lead the sales process from bid to contract execution
