Job description

American Roofing & Waterproofing is a proudly family-owned and operated company seeking a highly motivated, positive, and experienced sales professional to drive growth within the Phoenix multi-family and commercial roofing market.

This is not an entry-level sales role. This position is for a seasoned professional who understands the local market, knows how to build lasting client relationships, and is comfortable representing the company face-to-face with top property managers, asset managers, and commercial clients.

In an industry where many companies are being bought out and becoming corporate and impersonal, we remain family-owned—meaning leadership is accessible, decisions are local, and relationships matter.

Compensation
  • $80,000–$100,000 base salary (DOE)

  • Aggressive commission structure

  • Six-figure+ earning potential

  • Performance bonuses

  • Long-term growth opportunity

Required Experience
  • 7+ years of roofing or construction industry experience

  • Strong experience in Phoenix multi-family & commercial markets

  • Existing client base or strong local relationships highly preferred

  • Proven ability to generate, develop, and close business

  • Comfortable leading high-level client conversations

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive new commercial and multi-family business development

  • Build and maintain relationships with property managers, HOAs, asset managers, and commercial owners

  • Self-generate opportunities through networking and outreach

  • Represent ARW professionally in the market

  • Track leads and activity using CRM systems (AccuLynx preferred)

  • Collaborate with estimating and production teams to ensure successful project execution

  • Consistently meet and exceed revenue goals

Who You Are
  • Highly motivated and growth-driven

  • Extremely positive and professional in client-facing settings

  • Strong communicator and relationship builder

  • Self-starter who does not need micromanagement

  • Strategic thinker who understands long-term account development

What We Provide
  • Company truck, gas card, and phone

  • 100% company-paid medical, dental & vision insurance

  • Paid holidays and birthday off

  • Operational and production support

  • Stable, family-owned company culture

  • Advancement opportunities into executive leadership

This is more than a sales role.

This is an opportunity to become a key face of the company in one of the fastest-growing roofing markets in Arizona.

If you bring experience, relationships, and drive—and want to grow with a company that values performance and loyalty—apply today.
