Roof Technology Partners is looking to bring on an experienced Commercial Roofing Superintendent to oversee field operations and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who enjoys running jobs, supporting crews, and delivering quality work for customers.

You will manage multiple commercial roofing projects, coordinate with foremen and subcontractors, and serve as the key field leader representing our company on-site.

Your Role

  • Oversee daily field operations on commercial roofing projects
  • Lead and support foremen and crews across multiple job sites
  • Plan and coordinate labor, materials, and equipment
  • Ensure compliance with company safety policies and OSHA regulations
  • Review project scope, drawings, and specifications before and during work
  • Maintain communication with project managers, customers, and vendors
  • Monitor schedules, costs, and quality to keep projects on track
  • Support closeout, punch lists, and warrant follow-up as needed

What You Bring

  • Strong commercial roofing knowledge, including Single-Ply & Built-up systems
  • Minimum of 5+ years as a Commercial Roofing Superintendent or senior field leadership role
  • Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously
  • OSHA certification
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites
  • Comfortable using basic computer tools and project documentation
