Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated RF / OSP Foreman to lead field crews on telecommunications and civil construction projects throughout the United States. This position is responsible for supervising daily field operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with customer specifications and company quality standards.

The ideal candidate has experience leading wireless (RF) and/or Outside Plant (OSP) construction crews, excels at coordinating personnel and resources, and is committed to delivering high-quality work while maintaining a strong safety culture. This is a travel-intensive position with projects located nationwide. Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunications infrastructure.

  • Lead and supervise RF, OSP, and/or civil construction crews on telecommunications projects.
  • Plan and coordinate daily work activities to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
  • Interpret construction drawings, blueprints, site plans, and customer specifications.
  • Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors as needed.
  • Ensure all work complies with customer requirements, industry standards, and company quality expectations.
  • Enforce OSHA, company safety policies, and customer-specific safety requirements.
  • Conduct daily job briefings, toolbox talks, and safety inspections.
  • Maintain accurate daily production reports, timesheets, equipment logs, and project documentation.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers, Construction Managers, customers, inspectors, and utility representatives.
  • Train, mentor, and develop field technicians and crew members.
  • Identify project issues and implement effective solutions to minimize delays.
  • Manage company vehicles, trailers, tools, and equipment assigned to the crew.
  • Travel extensively throughout the United States based on project needs.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of telecommunications construction experience with at least 2 years in a leadership or foreman role.
  • Experience in RF wireless construction, OSP fiber construction, or both.
  • Working knowledge of wireless site construction, fiber optic installation, utility construction, civil work, and site restoration.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, utility plans, and specifications.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.
  • Experience operating construction equipment and coordinating heavy equipment operations is preferred.
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred.
  • First Aid/CPR certification is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • CDL is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to travel nationwide for extended periods.
  • Ability to work overtime, weekends, and flexible schedules as project demands require.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physically demanding work in varying weather conditions.
