This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working independently, interacting with customers, and has a strong understanding of roofing systems and building code requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to service calls, leak investigations, and repair requests
  • Safely access and inspect residential roofing systems
  • Diagnose roofing issues and determine appropriate repair solutions
  • Evaluate repairs for code compliance and installation best practices
  • Document findings with photos, measurements, and detailed notes

  • Assist with scheduling and field coordination when necessary
  • Maintain professional customer relationships and represent the company positively

Qualifications

  • Comfortable working on roofs and at heights
  • Working knowledge of residential roofing systems

  • Ability to communicate technical information to homeowners in an easy-to-understand manner
  • Sales experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Basic technology skills for photos, notes, and communication

Compensation

  • Base compensation based on experience
  • Additional commission opportunities on approved roof replacement projects generated through service calls
  • Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding roofing and exterior restoration company

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is someone who can confidently investigate a leak, determine the root cause, explain repair options to a homeowner, recognize when replacement is the better solution, and communicate effectively with both customers and crews.

If you're comfortable on a roof, understand construction and roofing practices, and enjoy helping customers solve problems, we'd like to talk with you.
