The Shingles team memberwill be a part of the Shingles department team. This position requires the ability to lift, carry, push and pull 50+lbs on a continuous basis with the ability to stand and bend over throughout the day for the entirety of the shift. Work primarily involves standing and climbing stairs up to 4 hours during the work day. This role will be expected to install air vents, sky lights, and shingles on the roof of the house. Basic measuring skills is desired. This position is expected to complete up to 4-6 floors per day. This team member will have other duties assigned (per the task stacker) to help their internal and external departments.

This role requires an eye for detail to make the house beautiful for our customers. Prior construction experience in a recent role preferred.

This is a level CHARLIE role , $27.00 per hour. External candidates will start at $23.00 per hour and move their way up to BRAVO level pay over the first 30 days of employment if they are successful during their introductory period.
