Job Summary:
As a Multi-Skilled Construction Laborer, you will be a versatile and essential member of our construction team. You will perform a wide range of labor-oriented tasks on construction sites, including equipment operation with a focus on loader operation, offroad truck driving, roller operation, and general construction support.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Laborer Duties:
    • Engage in physically demanding tasks such as digging, shoveling, lifting, and carrying materials.
    • Assist with excavation, grading, trenching, and material handling tasks.
    • Perform manual labor to support construction operations.
  2. Loader Operator Responsibilities:
    • Operate and maintain loaders to perform tasks such as material handling and moving heavy equipment.
    • Load materials onto trucks or other equipment with precision and efficiency.
    • Conduct routine maintenance on loaders and report any issues to the maintenance department.
  3. Offroad Truck Driver Responsibilities:
    • Safely operate offroad trucks to transport materials, equipment, and personnel within construction sites.
    • Adhere to safe driving practices, including load securing and vehicle maintenance.
    • Maintain accurate records of materials transported and adhere to schedules.
  4. Roller Operator Responsibilities:
    • Operate and maintain rollers to compact and level surfaces, ensuring proper compaction of materials.
    • Follow project plans and specifications to achieve desired compaction results.
    • Conduct routine maintenance on rollers and report any issues to the maintenance department.
  5. Construction Support:
