Immediate, full-time employment is available for the following:
Hurricane Waste Systems is seeking Roll-Off Drivers in the Waste Industry to join our team! You will be responsible for safely operating a truck with a capacity of up to 26,000 pounds, transporting and off loading trash, recyclables or other materials to area landfills and recycling centers.
Responsibilities:

  • Swap open tops & compactors to area recycling centers & landfills
  • Properly track and document activity log with Route Sheet
  • Report any issues or incidents to dispatch
  • Inspect truck before and after trip
Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a roll-off truck or closely related field is necessary
  • Commercial B or A driver's license
  • Ability to handle physical workload such as tarping loads
  • Strong, dependable work ethic & leadership skills
Pay is by the hour โ€“ not by the load - and is dependent on experience and driving history.
We are an established, fast growing company with plenty of work all year round, no matter the weather. Overtime is available. A clean MVR is needed, a minimum of 2 years experience and applicant must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
We operate Monday - Friday, Saturdays are an option.
