The Opportunity: Expert Craftsmanship and High Earnings

Join River Cities Seamless Gutters, the Metro East area's trusted expert in exterior home protection. We specialize in providing custom-fit, durable gutter systems, and we are looking for a skilled Lead Gutter Installer to manage our installation and repair crews.

This is a commission-based role offering uncapped earning potential for a professional who can not only perform superior craftsmanship but also manage projects, lead a team, and excel at on-site customer service and estimating. What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)

  • Crew Leadership & Quality: Lead, mentor, and manage a 1-3 person crew, ensuring all installations meet the highest standards of craftsmanship, safety, and efficiency.
  • On-Site Sales/Estimating: Serve as the on-site expert; conduct system inspections, recommend repair or replacement solutions, and provide estimates for upgrades (copper, half-round, gutter guards) to homeowners.
  • Gutter Fabrication: Operate and maintain the mobile box truck roll-forming machine to manufacture seamless gutters custom-fit to the home's specifications.
  • Installation & Repair: Execute all aspects of seamless gutter installation, repair, replacement, and gutter guard application.
  • Customer Service: Ensure complete customer satisfaction, addressing any questions or concerns professionally and leaving the job site immaculate.

Required Qualifications

  • Seamless Fabrication & Customization: Ability to operate a gutter machining equipment to manufacture seamless gutters (K-style and half-round) from aluminum and copper.
  • Flashing & Water Management: Strong understanding of roofline, fascia, and soffit integration to ensure proper pitch and alignment for maximum water direction away from the structure.
  • High-Quality Hanger Systems: Expertise in using durable materials and proper techniques, specifically utilizing heavy-duty hidden hangers with top-quality screws for secure, adjustable installation without home damage.
  • Gutter Guard Integration: Proficient in assessing roof type and debris load to recommend and expertly install various types of gutter guard systems for long-term clog prevention.
  • Sales/Estimating: Proven ability to identify customer needs on-site, confidently present solutions (repairs, upgrades), and close add-on sales to meet revenue targets.
  • Leadership & Management: Experience successfully leading a small crew, delegating tasks, maintaining a safe environment, and meeting daily production goals.
  • Licensing: Valid Driver's License and clean driving record required.
