Job description

We're seeking team members who enjoy machine operations and an industrial setting. Do you love working with your hands? We're hiring and excited to meet you! We’re seeking skilled machine operators to set up, trouble-shoot robotic welding equipment and to train operators on their use. This is a new startup shift on weekends Friday-Sunday 6AM to 6PM.


What You’ll Be Doing:

Responsible for the set-up, maintenance, operation, troubleshooting, and training of robotic welding equipment. Provide technical knowledge support for the Manufacturing Operations Teams while also performing duties of Production. Coordinates and/or facilitates communication between Manufacturing, Engineering and Maintenance. Supports cost reduction, quality and process improvement initiatives as related to supplies and consumables.

Open Shifts:

Weekend Day Shift 6:00AM - 6:00PM Friday to Sunday, $3.00/hr. premium

Weekend Night Shift 6:00PM-6:00AM Friday to Sunday, 4.50/hr. premium

NOTE: Employees hired for weekend shift may train on other shifts.

Qualifications

    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • 1-3 years of experience or equivalent training/education: setting up machines, operating specialized machines

Preferred experience

  • Experience with robotics, jigs, fixtures and gas metal arc welding.
  • Experience with troubleshooting to assist maintenance department and provide technical support.
