Reports to: Store Management
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Our Rolex Fifth Avenue Flagship location is looking for an energetic, friendly, and experienced hospitality professional to join our team. The right candidate will have an engaging personality, be quick on their feet, and ready to exceed all expectations delivering a first in class client experience. The Host will be warm and engaging, greeting clients throughout the store, offering beverages such as coffee, espresso, tea, water, etc., and serving them. The Host must also be comfortable with helping host in store client events and create surprise and delight moments, which may include light bites.
  • Engage clients with warmth and ultimate hospitality upon their entry to the business and throughout their instore journey
  • Manage and monitor guest flow and appointment scheduling through our crowd control and CRM tools to maintain an organized, seamless, and elevated client experience.
  • Collaborate with Client Advisors, Managers, and Back of House Support to ensure smooth coordination of guest services
  • Relay important information about reservations, special requests, and VIP guests to the appropriate team members
  • Demonstrate a strong ability to relate and converse with clients
  • Offer and prepare hospitality selections, to include but not limited to coffee, tea, waters, soda, etc. along with chocolates and more
  • Ensure the tidiness of hospitality spaces, equipment, and supplies at all time
  • Support hospitality and store management team in placing hospitality related supply orders, receiving, and distributing necessary supplies.
  • Perform all duties with the upmost professionalism, warm demeanor, and discretion
  • Maintain clean and sanitized work areas, utensils, equipment, service, and seating area
  • Adhere to all security and operations related guidelines
  • Be proactive in learning general brand knowledge, to speak to company history
  • Have a clear understanding of overall store layout to concierge clients to the right locations

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Must have prior Luxury/High-end/Hospitality experience, along with customer service or retail experience
  • Must have experience hosting and serving non-alcoholic beverages to guests
  • Must be willing to work entrance door and greet all that visit
  • Well spoken, good listening skills and professional demeanor
  • Must be comfortable communicating with VIP clients.
  • Self-motivated. A team player with a keen sense of attentiveness to guests
  • Ability to stand, walk and bend for long periods of time throughout your work day.
