Job description

Job Title: Sr. Roku Developer
Work Location: Burbank CA
Work Mode: Remote (Work Time will be as per PST or EST)
Hourly Rate: $70/hr - $80/hr
Job Description:
The Roku Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining Roku applications writing clean and efficient code and collaborating with cross functional teams to create high-quality user experiences Additional tasks include troubleshooting and debugging applications optimizing performance.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Roku TV applications using Scene Graph and Brightscript
Good to have experience on Brightscript
Implement UIUX designs within the Roku TV ecosystem
Collaborate with cross functional teams to define design and ship new features
Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
Stay UpToDate with the latest industry trends and technologies
Write clean maintainable and efficient code
Participate in code reviews and contribute to team best practices
Qualifications
Proven experience in Roku TV application development
Proficiency in Scene Graph and Brightscript
Strong understanding of Rokus development environment and tools
Experience with video streaming technologies and DRM solutions
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and web services
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
