At Ascentria Care Alliance, we are currently hiring Assignment-Based Resettlement Navigators to support refugees and immigrant families as they build safe, stable, and independent lives within their new communities. These flexible, mission-driven opportunities are designed to support periods of increased program demand, community growth, and special initiatives while helping individuals and families successfully navigate the resettlement process.

About the Role

Resettlement Navigators serve as a central point of support for refugee and immigrant families by helping connect them to housing, healthcare, employment, education, benefits, and community resources.

In this role, you may:

  • Coordinate and support resettlement services and referrals
  • Assist families with housing, transportation, appointments, and community integration
  • Support specialized service areas such as employment, mental health, elder care, school support, or benefits navigation
  • Collaborate with community agencies, partners, and internal teams
  • Help clients work toward self-sufficiency and long-term stability
  • Maintain documentation, case notes, and service records
