This full-time, hourly role offers a competitive pay range of $45,000 - $55,000 annually plus a 6% bonus. The ideal candidate will act as the first point of contact for all technical support requests, ensuring smooth operation of IT systems across the organization. This is a hands-on, face-to-face support role based primarily onsite, supporting a few hundred employees across multiple facilities.
