Join the Rockline Team!
Rockline Industries is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Distribution Administrative Specialist to support our distribution operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient scheduling, inventory accuracy, shipment processing, and dispatch support while helping drive continuous improvement throughout the distribution center.
What You'll Do
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound carriers and manage trailer activity in the yard.
  • Schedule inbound and outbound loads and assist with collect order processing.
  • Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies through cycle counting activities.
  • Process small package shipments using UPS and FedEx.
  • Provide backup support for scheduling, dispatch, distribution, and inventory functions.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement approved solutions.
  • Support a safe work environment and demonstrate Rockline's RRITE Values: Renew, Respect, Integrity, Teamwork, and Excellence.

What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • 2-3 years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or distribution center experience.
  • Experience with scheduling and dispatching in a fast-paced distribution environment.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to learn enterprise systems such as JD Edwards.
  • Experience working with truckload and less-than-truckload carriers is preferred.
