Event Dates: July 28th - August 2nd

Compensation: $200 day rate

Greyson is seeking Event Brand Ambassadors to support in creating memorable experiences for our clients and guests at the Rocket Mortgage Classic in Detroit, MI. As a Rocket Mortgage Classic partner, this is a high-profile event for the company with multiple activations. This is a temporary, Independent Contractor Role.

Position Overview:

Greyson Special Event Brand Ambassadors will play a crucial part in the success of our events by assisting with setup, sales, staffing, cleanup, and representing the Greyson brand. The ideal candidate is passionate about the Greyson Brand and has experience working in customer service and special events.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the setup and breakdown of event equipment, decorations, and signage.
  • Staff various stations throughout the event, including sales, merchandising, and customer service.
  • Engage with event attendees in a friendly and professional manner, providing information about the event and the Greyson brand.
  • Act as a brand ambassador by embodying the values and image of Greyson Clothiers while at the event.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the event venue, including trash removal and general tidying.
  • Work collaboratively with fellow team members and event organizers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Mandatory attendance for two paid days of scheduled training sessions to familiarize yourself with event procedures and brand guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Strong familiarity with and passion for the Greyson Clothiers Brand is a must!
  • Previous experience in event setup, customer service, or sales is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing tasks and priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Must be available to attend two days of scheduled training.
  • The ideal candidate must be able to complete all the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
