Rockefeller, the Firm has evolved to offer strategic advice to ultra- and high-net-worth individuals and families, institutions, and corporations from offices in 33 markets throughout the United States, as well as an office in London. The Firm oversees $224 billion in client assets as of June 30, 2026.

Position

The Senior Bill Pay Relationship Manager manages a portfolio of approximately 10-15 ultra-high-net-worth client relationships, working closely with Private Advisors to deliver comprehensive accounts payable and bookkeeping services. This role serves as the primary point of contact for both the Private Advisor team and the client, coordinating with internal Rockefeller teams to ensure timely execution of transactions, accurate reconciliations, and high-quality client reporting.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver an exceptional level of service to Private Advisors and their clients, including timely execution of transactional activity, scheduled reporting, and ad hoc custom reporting
  • Partner with Private Advisors to assess client needs and provide ongoing guidance and best practices related to bill pay services
  • Collaborate closely with Private Advisor teams and clients to understand client-specific nuances and tailor service delivery to provide a consistently excellent client experience.
  • Lead the client onboarding process by partnering with Private Advisors, clients, and internal stakeholders to design the most effective and efficient service structure to meet client needs.
  • Oversee all bill pay activities, collaborating with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient and seamless processes.
  • Provide transaction support and oversight of bookkeeping resources to ensure accurate reconciliations and maintenance of books and records for clients and their related entities.
  • Maintain overall accountability for the delivery of agreed-upon services, working closely with internal partners to ensure consistent and high-quality execution.
Qualifications
  • Experience providing client service to high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth clients
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders to deliver client outcomes
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
  • 7-12 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related accounting discipline
Skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of BILL.com and QuickBooks Online preferred
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized, motivated, and proactive, with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Strong team orientation and ability to collaborate effectively
