Position
A Private Advisor team within our Rockefeller Global Family Office business unit is seeking a motivated individual to join its growing team as a Client Associate. The Client Associate will work with our Private Advisor team members and will interact directly with high-net-worth clients. The ideal candidate will be the face of the practice and is thorough in their work, operates with a high attention to detail, has strong communication, organization, time management and problem-solving skills, and is driven to develop and grow in their role.
Responsibilities
Client Service & Relationship Support
  • Provide top-quality service to clients and support the administration of client accounts
  • Respond to client inquiries regarding account activity and statements
  • Assist clients with online account access
  • Prepare client correspondence, obtain necessary approvals, and distribute communications
  • Attend client meetings as needed
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other materials for client meetings
Account Administration & Cash Management
  • Open new accounts and process account maintenance requests
  • Obtain required documentation, approvals, and signatures for account-related activities
  • Complete investment subscription documents
  • Maintain client records and files
  • Complete necessary filing and document retention requirements
  • Process asset transfers and money movement requests
  • Process client cashiering requests, including wires, checks, journals, deposits, and money market redemptions
Operations & Investment Support
  • Support the operational management of client accounts
  • Monitor daily cash activity; enter trade instructions as needed
  • Review and reconcile account activity, trades, and fund transfers with custodian and clearing firm systems
Business Development & Marketing Support
  • Support client seminars, events, and other marketing initiatives
  • Assist with client outreach and event promotion via client relationship management tool
Team & Office Administration
  • Generate and submit expense reports through Concur
  • Provide administrative and office management support to the team
    Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years prior client service experience within financial industry, or equivalent experience, preferred
  • Series 7 & 66 strongly preferred, and if not, willing to obtain within six months of hire date
  • BA/BS degree
Skills
  • Strong client facing, interpersonal, organizational, and client service skills
  • Detail-oriented with ability to prioritize and organize workflow
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high intensity work environment as well as manage multiple tasks effectively with frequent interruptions
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel & PowerPoint
  • Experience with Envestnet, Wealthscape, Seismic, and Addepar a plus

Compensation Range
The anticipated base salary range for this role is $45,000to $90,000. Base salary for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown. In addition, this role may be eligible for other variable compensation programs.
