Job description

A Rock Steady Boxing Coach is responsible for leading fitness classes specifically designed for individuals with Parkinson's disease. The coach must be an active Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and certification as a Rock Steady Boxing Coach will be required. The coach will lead and instruct classes that include boxing, functional training, balance, coordination, and cognitive games tailored for individuals with Parkinson's disease. The coach will design and adapt fitness programs to accommodate various levels of ability and progression, providing encouragement, support, and modifications to ensure a safe and inclusive environment. The coach will monitor participant progress, adjusting exercises as needed for maximum safety and effectiveness.

1.  Bachelor's degree in health or exercise, or a personal training certification

2.  Pass a criminal background check.

3. Complete CPR Certification and online safe schools training within 90 Days of hire date.
