Job Summary

Celestar, a B&A Company, has an IMMEDIATE NEED to identify an All-Source (CI) Analyst who will be seated at FT. Belvoir, VA. If interested and qualified, we welcome you to apply for this challenging opportunity.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support in CI-focused security screening, CI-focused vetting and intelligence analysis, and administrative support to the Security Vetting Office (SVO). Support will include interaction with DoD, Federal Government Agencies, and Allied Forces to meet mission-critical requirements.
  • Organize research findings, conduct analysis, and write descriptive products according to standards regarding clarity, conciseness, and terminology.
  • Support the creation and delivery of documentation for assigned programs.
  • Develop and maintain analytical procedures to meet changing requirements and ensure maximum operations.
  • Perform daily operations in secure compartmented facilities and be familiar with classified handling procedures inside and outside secure areas.
  • Display a clear understanding of identifying Insider Threat indicators and adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures.
  • Provide recommendations for assessments to senior leaders, peers, and subordinates.
  • Navigate multiple IC and partner agency databases for research and analysis.
  • Possess and display the following skill sets: Conceptualization, quantitative analysis, organizational skills, research, written and verbal communication, sound judgment, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and able to work independently.
Requirements:

Education and Experience

  • Five (5) years of intelligence analysis experience; Bachelor's Degree - Preferred

Required Skills

  • Research, organize, analyze, write, and produce documents for distributed publication in the Intelligence Community (IC)
  • Ability to utilize complex search engines using focused research techniques (ex. Boolean search)
  • Ability to interact with diverse groups, evaluate issues, and reach consensus across all stakeholders.
  • Develop graphics and graphical presentations as required.
  • Must be familiar with DoS, NSA, DIA, CIA, FBI, and NTCT intelligence products.
  • Must know how to access and use common intelligence community networks (Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System (JWICS), Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNet), and the Non-secure Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPRNet) and, as applicable, FBI equivalent networks to coordinate the exchange of information by email and must be able to access and use specified databases.
  • Proficiency in drafting special assessments, intelligence reports, bulletins, alerts, threat assessments, and other Intel products.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office tools; brief materials in formats including Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Valid US Passport

  • Active Top-Secret Level Clearance with SCI Access
