Looking for hands-on experience in robotics and automation without committing to a long-term position?
PAC Group is seeking Material Handlers to support the installation of robotics technology during a temporary project running from August 24th through November 20, 2026.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are mechanically inclined, enjoy working with tools, and want to gain real-world experience in robotics and industrial automation.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Robotics Deployment Apprentice, you'll work alongside experienced Robotics Deployment Technicians helping to:
  • Receiving, organizing, and staging materials, tools, and equipment for daily project activities
  • Delivering parts and materials to technicians throughout the worksite to keep installations on schedule
  • Loading, unloading, and moving materials using pallet jacks and other material handling equipment
  • Managing inventory, tracking materials, and reporting shortages or damaged items
  • Maintaining organized storage areas and ensuring materials are properly labeled and accounted for
  • Assisting with unpacking, sorting, and preparing robotics equipment for installation teams
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment in accordance with site safety standards
  • Supporting the deployment team with general logistics and project needs to ensure efficient workflow

No experience is required-we're looking for candidates with a strong mechanical aptitude, a willingness to learn, and a positive attitude.
Project Details
  • Onsite in Spokane, WA
  • Temporary assignment running approximately August through November 20, 2026
  • Monday-Friday schedule (1st and 2nd shift)
  • $25/hour plus overtime when available

This is a temporary assignment scheduled to run from August 24 through November 20. During this time, you can expect a consistent work schedule of approximately 50 hours per week as the project progresses. The assignment is expected to conclude on or around November 20, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking a full-time temporary role while gaining valuable hands-on experience in robotics and automation.
