• Deliver high-quality, individualized physical therapy services to a diverse patient demographic, supporting recovery from various orthopedic conditions.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments to develop personalized treatment plans that focus on achieving rehabilitation goals and enhance patient engagement.
• Implement evidence-based interventions and therapeutic modalities as prescribed in the patients' comprehensive care plans.
• Assess and evaluate patients' therapeutic, rehabilitative, and functional statuses regularly, adjusting treatment approaches based on progress and feedback.
• Offer skilled therapeutic interventions, including exercise instruction and the use of therapeutic devices, to promote functional independence.
• Instruct patients, families, and caregivers on effective home therapy practices to ensure continuity of care post-therapy sessions.
• Maintain an organized caseload by prioritizing daily tasks and managing adequately the workflow within the outpatient setting.

The patients at Optimal Physical Therapy range from young children to seniors, all seeking rehabilitation after surgical procedures, sporting injuries, or chronic conditions. You will work closely with individuals of all ages who require personalized attention and targeted therapy strategies, fostering an environment where their unique needs and goals are prioritized for optimal recovery.

• A valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Washington State.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification, or the ability to obtain it within 30 days of commencing employment.
• Open to new graduates as no prior experience is necessary.

• Previous internship or clinical experience in an outpatient facility is advantageous.
• Experience working with varied patient populations, particularly in orthopedic or rehabilitative settings.
• Proficient in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for patient documentation and care coordination.
