We’re Hiring: Robotics Training Specialist

Nachi Robotic Systems is growing, and we’re looking for a Robotics Training Specialist to join our team! If you’re passionate about automation, enjoy sharing your knowledge, and want to work with a global leader in robotics, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

Pay Range: $35 – $40 per hour

Travel required (including customer sites)

What You’ll Do:
  • Deliver hands-on robotics training for technicians, engineers, and automation professionals
  • Develop and modernize training programs, curriculum, and learning materials
  • Build real-world robot labs and simulation-based learning experiences
  • Support field service teams with troubleshooting, commissioning, and customer support
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience in industrial robotics or automation (minimum 2 years)
  • Background in technical training or instruction (minimum 2 years)
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across robotic, electrical, and mechanical systems
  • Ability to read schematics and understand industrial control systems
