Urology Opportunity in Lawton, Oklahoma

This hospital-employed role offers unmatched procedural volume and autonomy with access to the Da Vinci Xi platform, a robust surgical support team, and growing subspecialty flexibility. If you're looking to build a high-impact practice with long-term stability, this is it.

Practice Overview:
  • You’ll join 2 urologists (1 full-time, 1 CMO-split), an NP, and a visiting Uro-Oncologist
  • General urology focus with flexibility for robotics, oncology, female urology, and more
    • Sub-area of focus can be negotiated
  • No other urology providers in the entire referral region (catchment 230,000+)
  • Strong procedural mix: BPH, stones, bladder, oncology, UroLift, Rezūm, cystoscopy, vasectomy
    • Clinic rooms are procedure equipped in addition to the 8 OR's in the hospital
  • Ability to grow the procedural volume. The Hospital will invest in this service line!
Schedule:
  • OR every Monday; additional OR every other Friday (half-day)
  • Clinic Tuesday-Thursday full days; Friday half-day
  • Light call (10 days/month); stone-focused; no ER consults for non-surgical cases
    • Call is phone only and back-up. Hospitalists do all the admissions
  • Clinic structured for 30-min new patients, 15-min follow-up
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Guaranteed base salary over $600,000, renewable 3-year agreements
  • $50,000 sign-on bonus + relocation or full-service move support - no cost to you!
  • wRVU productivity model with 75th percentile+ income potential
  • 30 days PTO, $3,000 CME, full benefits, retirement (457b/401a), and malpractice with tail
Candidate Requirements:
  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Urology
  • Robotics training preferred (Da Vinci Xi access guaranteed)
  • Comfortable practicing independently with diverse surgical cases
  • Interest in rural health impact and program development
