Job description

Keep automation humming on 3rd shift

Join our warehouse team as a meticulous, safety-minded Robotic Cell Operations Technician. You’ll operate and oversee automated robotic cells during the 3rd shift to keep production and warehouse workflows efficient, accurate, and safe.

A day (night) in the life
  • Run and continuously monitor robotic cell equipment and automated systems for stable, efficient performance.
  • Load and unload materials to and from the cell as needed to meet throughput goals.
  • Conduct routine checks and inspections to confirm machines are functioning properly.
  • Spot and escalate equipment malfunctions or production variances promptly.
  • Maintain an orderly, clean, and safe work area at all times.
  • Follow company safety policies and standard operating procedures without exception.
  • Coordinate closely with warehouse and production teammates to keep operations flowing.
  • Complete necessary documentation and data entry accurately and on time.
What you bring
  • Experience in warehousing, manufacturing, or automation is preferred.
  • Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
  • Comfort working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Keen attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
  • Basic computer proficiency for system interaction and data entry.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions clearly.
Physical demands
