Position:Robotics Paint Systems Engineer

Duration:12+ Months (Contract)
Location:ONSITE - Georgetown, KY 40324
Pay Rate:$40.00 - $44.50 per hour (W2 Only)
** Must be LOCAL or willing to RELOCATE at your own expense**
** This is role is 100% ONSITE, no remote work offered**
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Online robot programming Sealer, UBC, and Dampening, Run trials and adjust parameters, Evaluate quality drawings and meet standards
Online robot Programming, Primer, Base and Clear, Run trials and adjust parameters, Evaluate quality drawings and meet standards
Offline robot programming, Use simulation software to perform reach studies and cycle time analysis
Evaluate Quality: Use elco-meters, wave-scan and X-Rite
Create Hand Over Documents: Create snapshots of the robot processes for the NAMC s
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
Experience programming industrial robots such as Kawasaki Robotics, FANUC, or Yaskawa Electric Corporation
Experience with automated robotic paint shop applications
PLC Programming (Toyopuc, Allen Bradley, Omron, etc)
Experience with Digital Engineering (Catia, Delmia, Solidworks, Inventor)
Must be able to use Microsoft Office and communicate with the written word
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across engineering and production teams
Education: Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
Other Requirements:
50%: Travel - Domestic and International (able to obtain a US Passport)
25%: Over-time - which covers weekends, holidays, and shutdowns, when required
PPE: Will wear Steel Toed Shoes/Hard Hat and Safety Glasses
