Job Description

The Logistics Engineer designs and improves supply chain systems to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. This role involves analyzing current logistics processes, developing innovative solutions, and implementing new technologies to optimize the movement and storage of goods. This role will partner with different departments and stakeholders to identify, implement and achieve operational efficiency. 

YOUR TASKS

  • Plan and design cutting-edge solutions for B2B retail and B2C e-commerce multi-node fulfillment centers to enhance operational efficiency and boost customer satisfaction.
  • Evaluate and implement automation technologies, including robotics and automated systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver comprehensive logistics solutions that meet client needs.
  • Maintain lines of communication with key stakeholders.
  • Utilize knowledge in data analytics, process optimization, material flow management and headcount planning to drive solution decision-making and enhance overall operational efficiency
  • Take part in greenfield setup initiatives by designing and implementing logistics infrastructure for new facilities.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure projects are completed on time and within scope. 
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field with 2-4 years of experience. 
  • Proven experience in data analytics, process improvement, and material flow management. 
  • Experience with automation technologies and systems integration. 
  • Proficient in AutoCAD 
  • Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, PowerBI,) and process mapping for operational processes. 
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams. 
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. 
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Familiarity with robotics and advanced automation technologies.
