Position Summary

Perform routine and preventative maintenance to ensure the safety and functionality of all company facilities,
equipment, and grounds.

Responsibilities

Trouble shoot, PM and repair a variety of equipment utilizing technologies such as pneumatic, hydraulics, and electronics


Work from manufacturers' manuals, schematics, and engineering data to ensure equipment functions as designed


Use precision test and diagnostics equipment (ie. Mechanical gages, Electronics, and Pneumatic diagnostic equipment, etc.)


Work on CNC machines, assembly lines including technologies with PLC's, robotics, and mechanical operations


Complete work orders


Participate in work groups High Performance Teams for continuous improvement


Respond to safety concerns


Assist manufacturing engineering in support of process improvements and project development


All other duties assigned

Qualifications

High School Diploma


3-5 years' experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician in a machining environment required


Associate's degree in industrial maintenance, other maintenance field, or equivalent work experience preferred
