Mission du poste

Assurer un traitement rigoureux des comptes payables pour l’ensemble des entreprises du Groupe Boivin, tout en offrant un soutien administratif structurant aux opérations immobilières et corporatives.

Responsabilités principales
1. Comptes payables (volet principal)

  • Traitement complet des factures : réception, validation, codification et saisie.
  • Préparation des lots de paiements et respect des échéanciers.
  • Suivi des fournisseurs, contrats et ententes de services.
  • Classement et archivage des pièces justificatives.
  • Coordination avec la direction pour les approbations.
2. Soutien administratif transversal
  • Organisation et classement des documents (numérique et papier).
  • Mise à jour des registres : contrats, assurances, permis, échéanciers.
  • Préparation de documents pour les comptables, notaires et partenaires.
  • Rédaction et mise en forme de communications internes et externes.
  • Soutien administratif aux gestionnaires immobiliers et projets.
3. Soutien aux entités immobilières et RPA
  • Traitement des factures récurrentes et contrats de services.
  • Appui administratif aux opérations courantes.

Profil recherché

  • Expérience en comptes payables et administration.
  • Rigueur, méthode et sens du détail.
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques (Excel, logiciels comptables).
  • Autonomie, discrétion et sens des priorités.
