Job Description

Join Nidec America as an Applications Engineer supporting one of our group companies. In this customerfacing role, you'll provide handson technical support, guide product installations and configurations, and partner with sales and engineering to influence new features and solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Support customers during installation, integration, and configuration
  • Customize products based on technical requirements
  • Collaborate with sales and engineering to translate customer needs into solutions
  • Lead customer trainings and workshops
