  • Bachelors in Engineering (EE/Mechatronics) with 10+ years of experience in a robotics domain.
  • Hands-on experience and background in developing and deploying robotics systems
  • Familiarity with humanoid, mobile robotics, collaborative robots, and/or industrial vision technologies (e.g., ToF, IMU, sensor fusion).
  • Understanding of robotics and automation systems
  • Experience providing technical guidance
  • Good communicator with a strong ability in technical presentation and collateral generation

Leadership in Matrix Organizations

  • Ability to guide technical decisions through influence rather than direct control
  • Track record of building consensus across diverse stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills bridging technical and business audiences

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical field; Master's or Doctorate preferred
  • Typically 10+ years of relevant experience in product applications engineering, customer technical support, or related roles
