Job Description
A Robotics and Automation Instructor teaches students how to design, program, operate, and troubleshoot robotic systems and automated industrial equipment. They provide both classroom instruction and hands-on lab training to prepare learners for careers in automation, robotics integration, and advanced manufacturing.
Key Duties
โ€ข Teach robotics programming, automation systems, industrial controls, and safety practices.
โ€ข Provide hands-on training with robots, PLCs, sensors, and automated work cells.
โ€ข Develop and update curriculum to reflect current robotic and Industry 4.0 technologies.
โ€ข Assess student skills through exams, labs, and project-based learning.
โ€ข Maintain and ensure safe operation of robotics and automation lab equipment.
โ€ข Mentor students and support their career readiness.
โ€ข Collaborate with industry employers to align training with workforce needs
