Role Overview:
Seeking a Program Manager to lead a high-visibility technology transformation program involving business, technology, and operations teams. The role requires strong organizational change management, stakeholder alignment, governance, and delivery leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead large-scale transformation programs involving modernization, migration, and operating model changes.
  • Drive organizational change management and alignment across business and technology teams.
  • Establish program governance, risk management, reporting, and performance tracking.
  • Manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and client stakeholders.
  • Coordinate delivery across multiple workstreams and ensure successful execution.
  • Drive adoption of agile practices, automation, and data-driven improvements.
  • Communicate effectively from executive leadership (CIO/CFO/CTO) through operational teams.
  • Manage escalations and ensure delivery milestones are achieved.
Required Skills:
  • 5+ years managing large-scale transformation or modernization programs.
  • Experience managing large onsite teams (50+ members).
  • Strong program governance, budget management, and risk mitigation experience.
  • Experience with cloud migration, DevOps adoption, ERP modernization, or similar initiatives.
  • Strong organizational change management experience.
  • Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Domain Experience:
  • Credit card, payments, banking, or financial services.
  • Experience supporting Risk, Fraud, Operations, or Customer Service transformation initiatives.
