GENERAL SUMMARY

The Architect takes general direction from Automation Program Manager or their Director/Leadership and will be a member of the Henry Ford Health Automation Center of Excellence. The Architect performs these activities following HFHS standards and processes.
EXPERIENCE:

EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's Degree required in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Master's Degree preferred.
- Minimum of Five (5) years of experience required in designing and implementing IT or automation solutions.
- Eight (8) years preferred. Experience in Revenue Cycle or ERP is preferred.
- Proven experience with automation tools such as UI Path, Microsoft Power Platform or other automation technologies. Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C#, or Java.
- Experience with API development and integration. Knowledge of AI and ML technologies is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability and willingness to self-motivate, self-manage and maintain flexibility in an ever-changing environment.
