Seeking a RPA Solution Architect for a long term project to implement a RPA CoE and roll out RPA within a company for the first time. This will require a hands on, self-motivated individual that is familiar and comfortable with taking the ball and running it forward. Looking for what needs to be done by pulling on past experience doing similar for a company in their past experience. Someone who is passionate about getting things done quickly, efficiently, and who has a vast experience of supporting complex projects and programs. This person must enjoy delivering initiatives and solving complex problems that help accomplish business objectives in innovative ways, and balance stakeholder and team member expectations without being dogmatic in their approach.
• Responsible for overall RPA workflow solution design
• Provide support to the creation / update of the RPA solution architecture design document

Job Duties -• Assists the team in defining the business and functional requirements based on which designs the RPA workflows architecture, which to ensure an efficient and optimum development and functionality of the robots
• Provides support to IT roles within the organization for RPA prerequisites implementation, IT environments setup, installing software, testing and production cut-over
• Explain to RPA Developers the proposed architecture and oversees the development progress
• Control RPA automation solution designs and robotics artifact's structure to ensure consistency and continuity across delivery teams
• Monitor progress and ensure quality of the RPA development phase
• Develop and maintain workflow standards and review developed workflows before production deployment to ensure development standards are properly met
• Create and maintain a library of all developed workflows for all processes
• Single point of contact for RPA vendors for technical issues
• Expertise in understanding Automation Maturity Model.
• Assist development team in resolving technical problems.
• Defining technical framework relevant to Governance, Application integration requirements & Hosting environments.
• Work alongside Production Support to complete enhancements, regression testing, updates and troubleshoot errors.
• Communicates clearly, both written and verbally, with internal and external business partners or clients.
• Expertise in process reengineering and improvements.
• Develop and document configuration of best practices.
• Effectively communicate the tangible benefits that Automation brings to the organization, focusing on ROI & Operational KPIs.
Job Requirements -Experience:
• 8 years of development and solution architecture experience in Intelligent Automation Platform
• At least 8 years of delivering technical solutions spanning the roles of developer, Tech Lead and Architect
• At least 5 years of experience as a developer with RPA software with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate and Blueprism
• At least 2 years of experience working as RPA Lead/Architect
• In depth knowledge of architecting and deploying UiPath and Power Automate solutions
• Large enterprise experience working with Automation technologies
• Agile development experience and SCRUM certification is helpful
• Experience setting up an Intelligent Automation CoE
• At least 5 years in a team coordination role
• Program Management experience is a strong plus
• Experience programming in one or more languages such as Java, .net, C#, Python
• Build and maintain a strategic roadmap for scaling automation across the enterprise
• Experience presenting Automation technology concepts to business executives and technical teams
• Design a roadmap and create requirements for RPA /IA with AI and cognitive tools
Skills and Knowledge:
• Ability to communicate abstract concepts with business stakeholders
• Ability to coordinate with all levels of the organization to design and deliver technical solutions to business problems
• Ability to both understand a business process from a workflow diagram and to conceptualize it as an automated solution
• Background in IT architecture and software developing
• Awareness of RPA design patterns and practices
• Experience with developing and implementing automated RPA processes as a certified developer
• Define the technical framework considering all relevant artifacts including, Security, compliance, access management
• Evaluate RPA and AI tools and provide recommendations
• Assess automation opportunity from technical perspective and perform due diligence to arrive at an optimal solution
• Hosting environments including cloud, onprem, test, production, dev etc.
• Experience with RPA design patterns and practices including queue management
• Understands the use of design principles and when RPA software is suitable
• Good knowledge of quality standards and best practice
Role Description:
• Responsible for overall RPA workflow solution design

• Experience with Jira or similar tools
