What types of projects do Software Engineer Fellows typically work on during their fellowship?

Software Engineer Fellows often engage in a variety of hands-on projects that mirror real-world engineering challenges, such as building web or mobile applications, contributing to open-source codebases, or developing internal tools for their organization. These projects are usually team-based, allowing fellows to collaborate closely with peers and experienced mentors. The aim is to help fellows build practical skills, gain exposure to agile development practices, and prepare for full-time engineering roles. The exact nature of projects can vary by program but generally emphasizes both technical and soft skill growth.

Today, we continue to be driven by that same goal, and are focused on taking on our clients' missions as our own to make a difference in the communities we serve.
PVM believes in equal opportunity employment. We won't discriminate against any employee or applicant based on race, gender, nationality, age, religion, disability, military status, or sexual orientation.
