Job Description:
Responsible for performing a variety of post-closing loan servicing tasks. Functions include: opening mail, checking in files, stacking, DDH, and responding to routine client inquiries. This position requires a high level of accuracy and the ability to work with loan documentation, state specific standards, and compliance deadlines per client direction.
Key Responsibility Areas
    • Audit/Quality control as per Lender provided guidelines
    • Timely delivery of closed residential loan files to various lenders for funding
    • Check-in closed files into computer system with accuracy
    • Stack and audit closed loan files up to 300 pages
    • Ability to understand all recordable documents and to identify them
    • Ability to handle client issues and corrections with professional responses via email
    • Ability to work quickly and calmly in a busy environment
    • Critical thinking, problem solving, attention to detail are crucial
    • Solid organizational skills with demonstrated ability to multi task and meet deadlines
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office including: Outlook, Excel and Word
    • Ability to work independently as well as cooperatively with team members
    • Strong customer service skills
    • Solid alpha numeric data entry skills
