  • Design, develop, and deploy Power Automate Unattended automations that streamline critical business processes and operate with minimal human intervention.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in software development, automation engineering, process automation, or related technical disciplines.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience developing and supporting Microsoft Power Automate Unattended (RPA) solutions.
  • Experience automating complex business processes in enterprise environments.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Deep expertise in Power Automate Desktop (PAD) and unattended robotic process automation.
  • Experience building, deploying, and supporting enterprise automation solutions.
  • Knowledge of process analysis, workflow optimization, and automation best practices.
  • Experience in highly regulated industries such as financial services, banking, healthcare, or insurance.
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft technology stack, including Power Platform, Azure, and Microsoft 365.
  • Understanding of automation governance, security, compliance, and risk management practices.
  • Experience with AI, machine learning, intelligent document processing, or advanced automation technologies.
  • Knowledge of scripting or programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar technologies.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $105,400.00 - $124,000.00
