We are seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to build next-generation AI-powered intelligent automation solutions at the intersection of Generative AI, Agentic AI, and robotic process automation (RPA). This role operates at the front lines, working directly with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, rapidly prototype solutions, and deploy production-grade systems. The ideal candidate combines strong engineering expertise with customer engagement to deliver scalable, AI-driven automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Engage directly with business and technical stakeholders to identify automation and AI-driven transformation opportunities.
• Design and implement Generative AI solutions using LLMs, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning techniques.
• Develop and orchestrate Agentic AI workflows to enable autonomous and adaptive decision-making systems.
• Build and deploy intelligent automation solutions using UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework).
• Integrate Generative AI capabilities with RPA pipelines to deliver end-to-end cognitive automation.
• Develop scalable integrations with enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and data pipelines.
• Rapidly prototype and iterate solutions from concept to production deployment.
• Define architecture standards, best practices, and governance for AI-driven automation solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence product and platform enhancements.
• Monitor, maintain, and optimize deployed automation and AI solutions.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, AI, or intelligent automation.
• Strong programming skills in Python, C#, or equivalent languages.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, LangGraph).
• Experience in designing Agentic AI or multi-agent systems.
• Deep expertise in UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, deployment).
• Experience with API integrations, REST services, and data formats such as JSON/XML.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills in complex environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with AI and RPA integrated solutions.
• Knowledge of MLOps, LLMOps, and model monitoring practices.
