What You Will Do:
As an Engineering Manager, you will drive technical excellence and strategic projects within our technical centers and advanced manufacturing plants. Your role blends deep technical problem-solving with leadership and project execution, with a strong emphasis on innovation and capability building. Key responsibilities include:

  • Intelligent Controls & Automation (ICA):Lead design, development, and implementation of complex control systems, robotics, Industry 4.0 technologies, and AI/ML solutions. Build digital landscapes for production equipment and lead data analytics for control system improvements.
  • Mechanical Design & Development (APS):Lead all phases of mechanical process/equipment development and prototyping. Deliver disruptive solutions using modeling, analysis, and hands-on prototyping, and identify emerging technologies.
  • Manufacturing Process Development (MPD):Lead the translation of R&D innovations into scalable manufacturing processes. Drive packaging material validation, create technical specifications, optimize production lines, and manage supplier qualifications.
  • Converting & Packing Engineering:Lead invention and refinement of material conversion and high-speed packaging technologies, driving advanced mechanical design and process optimization.
  • Instrumentation & Metrology:Lead design, implementation, and maintenance of precision instrumentation and metrology systems for quality control and performance optimization.
  • Robotics Engineering:Lead conceptualization, development, and integration of cutting-edge robotic solutions for manufacturing tasks.
  • Environmental & Civil Engineering:Lead sustainable engineering solutions (waste, energy, water) and manage site infrastructure projects.

Job Qualifications

Required:

  • Education:Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or related discipline (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Chemical, Materials Science, Packaging Science, Environmental, Civil).
  • Experience:0-5 years of relevant work experience (internships, co-ops, research experience, academic count!).
  • Technical Curiosity & Acumen:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes, develop comprehensive technical solutions, and interpret data to drive decisions. A strong technical curiosity and understanding toproactively develop new approaches to complex problems.
