Our growing State Farm agency is seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service to our customers while helping them protect what matters most.
This position is ideal for someone who is personable, detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to creating an excellent customer experience.
Requirements
  • Current Property & Casualty License (Required)
  • Current Life & Health License (Required)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional and positive attitude
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Insurance agency experience preferred

Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with policy changes, billing questions, claims support, and coverage reviews
