Position Overview
We are seeking an Overnight Baker to join our production team. This role is responsible for preparing and baking our high-quality pastries, breads, and other baked goods that fuel our guests' daily rituals. As an Overnight Baker, you will work behind the scenes to ensure fresh, delicious products are ready each morning for our stores.
Responsibilities
  • Prepare, bake, and finish a variety of pastries, breads, and baked goods according to established recipes and standards
  • Follow production schedules to ensure all items are completed and delivered on time
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with health and safety standards
  • Monitor oven temperatures, baking times, and product quality
  • Accurately measure, mix, and handle ingredients while minimizing waste
  • Assist with inventory management, including rotation of stock (FIFO)
  • Communicate effectively with the production team and management regarding needs, issues, or improvements

Position Requirements
  • Previous professional baking or pastry experience preferred
  • Ability to work overnight shifts consistently

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods of time
