Position Overview
Mercurys Coffee Production Team Members play a key role in supporting our growing retail and wholesale operations. This position works behind the scenes to help ensure our coffee, products, and supplies are prepared, packaged, and delivered with consistency and quality. We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who thrive in a fast-paced production environment and take pride in attention to detail.
What You'll Do
Assist with coffee roasting support, packaging, labeling, and order preparation.
Accurately portion, seal, and organize coffee products for retail and wholesale distribution.
Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the production and warehouse areas.
Help receive, stock, and rotate inventory using FIFO practices.
Prepare and stage products for deliveries and store fulfillment.
Operate production equipment safely and efficiently.
Work closely with the production, warehouse, and operations teams to meet daily goals.
Support additional production and warehouse tasks as assigned.

Previous warehouse, production, food manufacturing, or coffee experience is a plus, but not required.

Have or ability to obtain a food handler's permit by time of hire
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Must be able to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift
Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
